We do our best to make sure every step of the report-writing process goes as smoothly as possible.

The credit card payment processing requires communication between online servers and banks, and this is not always immediate.

We do our best to prevent duplicate charges, but if a transaction is pending and delayed by your credit card issuer or network communication, sometimes this process can take some time. If you change credit cards while another purchase is pending there is the potential that BOTH CARDS are charged for the same report.

In most cases, delayed transactions only take a few minutes to clear. If you can’t wait that long in these rare instances, please let us know so we can void or refund or provide you with credits for any duplicate charges. Our system will block duplicate charge attempts for 16 hours. You can retry to purchase a report with the same card repeatedly. You will not be double charged. Once the network issue or delay is handled, your next attempt will return the results of the delayed transaction. If approved, your report can be downloaded.
