UNDERSTANDING THE LAYOUT – The Findings & Recommendations

Choose any button and select the Findings & Recommendations area in the upper right of the page.

As before, at the top of this page is the option to Cancel without saving any changes, or the green Save button once complete. In addition, there is a blue Save & Exit button.

Images can only be added once the finding has been saved.

Findings Images can be dragged anywhere on the Finding & Recommendation page, or you can select either of the attachment icons at the top right of the page to open the attachment manager.

Images added to the finding will appear below the finding within the report.

Below that are the two main entry windows for the Finding and the Recommendation.

Type a finding entry or select an entry from the Quick Insert Options.

Select the Recommendation pane and type or select an appropriate Recommendation.

Remember to save your text as a new Quick Insert Option if you have written something you feel you may encounter again in the future. You can save your custom phrases by using the + button above the Quick Insert Options.

This priority level A B or C can be changed at any time by selecting a different priorty on the left.

Click or press on Save & Exit to exit, and then mark this heading as Complete or Incomplete, as desired.
